How to Return an Item

  1. 1. Contact Us: Email support@neshimpex.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. 2. Get RMA Number: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. 3. Pack Items: Securely pack items in original packaging with all accessories
  4. 4. Ship Back: Send to our return center with RMA number clearly marked
  5. 5. Receive Refund: Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
